STTH10LCD06, STTH10LCD06C, STTH20LCD06C - boost diodes for PFCs in LCD SMPS The STTH10LCD06 uses ST's Turbo2 technology. This device is suited for power applications in flat panel displays and in particular for switching power supplies in LCDs. The STTH10LCD06C and STTH20LCD06C also use ST's Turbo2 technology. These devices are particularly suited for switching power supplies working with interleaved PFCs.
